MATER DEI GOLF CLASSIC
The Mater Dei Golf Tournament is an
opportunity for Mater Dei alumni, parents, friends and
supporters to contribute to Mater Dei High School. The day is
filled with fun and friendship for everyone who participates.
There are both men and ladies divisions. The tournament is
sponsored by the Office of Institutional Advancement, with the
assistance of the Principal and Assistant Principal for Student
Activities. Proceeds go toward the operational fund of Mater
Dei High School.
The tournament provides a great opportunity for Mater Dei
teachers, staff, administration and alumni to join together in a
day full of fellowship. The public relations aspect of this
event is invaluable to Mater Dei High School. The Mater Dei
Golf Tournament is the highlight of the summer for the Mater Dei
community.
The tournament
consists of a six-person scramble. The fee includes the
green fees for 18 holes, cart rental, refreshments and food
throughout the tournament. A dinner and awards
presentation conclude the activities of the day. The
Annual Pot-of-Gold raffle is held in conjunction with the golf
tournament each year.

ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at
Governors Run Golf Club in Carlyle. If you are interested in
being a hole sponsor ($50.00 or $100.00) or would like to be a
Tournament Sponsor or donate food, snacks or beverages, please
contact the school office, 526-7216.
