POLICIES
In choosing to participate in athletics, a student agrees to abide by not only the policies listed in the student handbook, but also additional policies, including, but not limited to, the policies of his/her coach(es), the policies listed in the athletic handbook, and the policies of the Illinois High School Association (IHSA).  The Administration will ensure that all additional policies are consistent with the philosophy of Mater Dei.

PHYSICAL
In order to participate in athletics, including practices, a student must have submitted to the office a valid certificate of physical fitness: “State of Illinois Certificate of Child Health Examination” form.  A physical, signed by a licensed physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner, is valid for 395 days from the date of the physical examination.

REGISTRATION
Each school year, for each sport in which a student chooses to participate, online registration must be completed via our Snap! website.
