At the Worldwide Youth in Science and Engineering (WYSE) sectional competition, held at McKendree University on March 13, senior Amber Litteken earned first place in English and third place in mathematics. Amber will now compete at the WYSE state competition at the University of Illinois on April 19.
Ben Logullo (biology and computers), Annie Kuenstler (chemistry and English), and Sarah Maller (biology and mathematics) also competed at the sectional competition.
