Congratulations to Jillian Tonnies, our Student of the Week for the week of November 13!  ! In her nomination, biology teacher Mrs. Christine Gramann stated, “Jillian is a very bright student who shows a genuine interest in biology. She works at understanding the complicated biological themes presented in class. Her inquisitive nature and active participation make for a great period one class. I look forward to her class each day! In addition, her compassion for others and her willingness to help others succeed is evident when we complete cooperative learning activities and laboratory exercises. Mater Dei is full of amazing and wonderful students, but Jillian manages to set herself apart.” Jillian is the daughter of Mike and Lynn Tonnies of Germantown and a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church.
