Congratulations to English teacher Mr. Scott Timmermann, our Disciple of the Week for the week of March 12!  In her nomination, Mrs. KK Schneider stated, “Scott is a concerned teacher who wants what is best for his students.  He isn’t afraid to go the extra mile for students or fellow teachers.  He has coached winning Scholar Bowl teams for many years, to which he dedicates countless hours; and represents Mater Dei Catholic High School well at the Junior High Scholar Bowl Tournament, which he hosts.  He also organizes our students for the WYSE competition and encourages them to do their best.  Finally, Scott gives his time to help keep stats for the football team, and he and his lovely wife, Emily, ran the concessions for the Christmas Tournament.  Scott is truly an example of Christian leadership!  Way to go, Scott!”
