During Catholic Schools Week, the Mater Dei community raised an amazing $3,033.52 for our Shave the Stash Challenge! The challenge was held for the benefit of the education fund established for the children of the late Michelle Varel, Mater Dei Class of 1997. Our students enjoyed the shaving festivities during our Catholic Schools Week pep rally on Thursday, February 2. We thank everyone who so generously donated to the challenge!

Mr. Dave Kohnen shaved his mustache for the first time since he was eighteen years old.
Mr. Dennis Litteken shaved his mustache for only the second time since he was eighteen years old.
