By shopping via AmazonSmile, donors enjoy the same Amazon they know and love, but with the added bonus of Amazon donating 0.5% of eligible purchases, at no additional cost to the donor, to Mater Dei Catholic High School or Mater Dei Foundation.
To assist donors, we have provided the required steps for both AmazonSmile via an internet browser and AmazonSmile via the Amazon app. (To receive AmazonSmile benefits via the Amazon app, donors must first sign up for AmazonSmile via an internet browser.)

AmazonSmile – Internet Browser
- Visit smile.amazon.com
- Sign in with your Amazon credentials
- Search for and and select Mater Dei Catholic High School or Mater Dei Foundation, Inc. as the charitable organization
- Create a bookmark for smile.amazon.com for future purchases to ensure Mater Dei benefits each time you shop on Amazon.
AmazonSmile – Amazon App
- Sign up for AmazonSmile via your internet browser (see steps above)
- Download or update to the latest version of the Amazon shopping app for iOS or Android
- Open the app, open the main menu (≡ icon), and select “Settings” in the main menu
- In the settings, select “AmazonSmile” and follow the on-screen instructions to turn on AmazonSmile in the app
NOTE: AmazonSmile in the app is not available for iPads and other tablet devices. To shop AmazonSmile on a tablet device, simply utilize an internet browser.
