Created in 1997 by the Mission Effectiveness Committee of the Mater Dei School Board, the Christian Discipleship Award and the Christian Service Awards recognize students for their unselfish service to school, church and community.  The Christian Discipleship Award is presented to one senior at graduation; the Christian Service Awards are presented to one freshman, one sophomore, and one junior at the NHS Induction and Underclass Awards Night.

To nominate a student, please submit the applicable nomination form (provided below) to Campus Minister Ms. Colleen McDermott by March 31.
